DUMP BED WELDING The sides of this dump body were badly rusted and needed to be reenforced. I cut out all the rusted channels and extended angle supports under the trailer and replaced outside support with heavy angle iron. I also reenforced the interior of the bed with angle iron as well.
TRUCK CHASSIS WELD I had to take the bed and muffler off the truck to get to the rusted area of the frame. I also removed the rotten crossmember which held the gas tank up, the muffler, gas lines and filters. After cutting all the rust out I welded 3 plates on the frame to strengthen the frame and pass inspection.
RESTORING A BADLY BENT RAMP ON TRACTOR TRAILER First, I had to weld the 8 inch tube steel to the trailer, then weld the 1 inch plate to the tube steel. Fabricated the old ramp and then welded up everything. Now he can load that trailer with a lot of weight!
TRAILER TRACK REPLACE My customer wanted to extend the width of the trailer to accomodate the wider wheel base of his fork lift. I welded heavy tube steel to the frame on both sides. then welded the ramp extensions.
BACKHOE BUCKET REPAIR This backhoe bucket was in very bad shape. I had to cut it out and replace it with a 3/4 inch plate. I also welded in ribs for extra strength. All the marked areas were welded (and there were many) One of the digging toes was nearly broken off. Job was completed and the backhoe is back in service
RV LEAF SPRING SUPPORT REPAIR This RV was in very dangerous condition as the leaf spring bracket was torn and ready to come off. It was fortunate that the owner saw this condition and got in touch with me..I see this alot with these particular RV’s. I removed the damage brackets and welded on new ones. It is now inspected and ready to go!
RV REAR EXTENDED AIR CONDITIONER BRACKET This RV came to me with a rusted bracket that was becoming unable to bear the weight of the heavy air conditioning unit extended off the back frame. I welded and additionally bolted the bracket to the frame for extra security.
